we had a complete water supply cut in our room. it happened in the morning and again in the afternoon. i contacted the hotel management several times, but the problem was not resolved. the manager refused to move us to another room even with a minimal upgrade.

the breakfast offered many fresh and delicious options. it was thoughtful that they have a 3 am breakfast service for early excursions. they also provide packed breakfast boxes for those on the go, convenient and thoughtful. the spa was also a true sanctuary. i got a foot massage it was deeply relaxing and much needed after a full day of walking.

the room was small. the toilet don't work for half a day until fitted. staff didn't give much compensation for all the problems with the room. the front desk do not give much support.

The breakfast buffet was varied. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection (I'm a big fan of mangoes!). I also liked the hotel's location on an island. It offered a quieter environment away from the city.

The room cleanliness was not at the level i would expect. I noticed some dust in corners. the pool closed quite early. Sunset is beautiful (granted), but more hours would be ideal.

My experience did not meet my expectations. I found the service to be subpar and disorganized. Staff members seemed UNTRAINED when addressing guest requests. The room was not clean. Basic amenities were missing (I had to ask for a shower cap). The food quality was also disappointing. The value for money was poor.
